Shipping & Refund policy

Shipping I ship worldwide. Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of payment.
I do everything I can to make sure your order arrives safely! Your items will be carefully packaged and shipped in padded envelope.

All items are shipped by registered mail with tracking number.

Shipping usually takes between:

  • 5-15 working days for Europe
  • 7-21 working days for the US, Canada, Australia
  • - 25 working days for the rest of the world

However, unexpected things may happen and sometimes it may take a little longer.

Order Cancelation

We do our very best to ship items within 1-2 business days ( processing begins within 1 business day) and because of this the window for canceling orders is very short. If your cancellation is seen prior to us processing your order within the first 12 hrs of your purchase time, we will honor your request to cancel your order for a full refund, but once your order is being processed we are no longer able to cancel your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the item you receive, please contact me so we can try to work out the problem. If the problem is unsolvable, you can return the item within two weeks (after receiving the item) and receive a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
