PRIOR TO PLACING DROPSHIPPING / WHOLESALE ORDER
Before purchasing our wholesale/dropshipping products, you’ll have to email us where you’ll be reselling our products so we can approve and keep in record. Email us the URL website's (if available), Brick and Mortar Location names and addresses. After your purchase and anytime through out the year, if you sell our wholesale products in new locations you must email us the website's, brick and mortar locations before reselling our products.
All Dropshipping Orders and Shipping Costs must first be paid in full before we can process and ship your order.
All products and pricing are subject to change (If we plan to change any items price we will send you a notification with a new price one month before it starts to work).

There are some section and some items which are not available for Dropshipping or Wholesale.
Therefore please visit our website (www.inteprodesign.com) and choose the items which you are interested in, then make a list of links or SKU numbers of the items. After receiving the list we will check and approve the items which are available.
Please contact us before your first order and you will be given a unique Coupon code with your discount amount (%).
Through out the year, we continue to add new styles to our store. Please email us to let us know if there are any styles in particular that you’re interested in we will let you if the particular items are available for Dropshipping or Wholesale.
We ship our products in our original brand retail packaging with logo.
Pricing: You can advertise the approved items on your store, website or Social Media accounts but you cannot add the selling price which is under the original price on our website: www.inteprodesign.com.
Turn Around Time
InTePro Design can take up to 3 business days ( processing begins within 1 business day) for turnaround time for Dropshipping orders. Turnaround time does not include shipping time. For Wholesale orders please please contact us to receive the offer.
However, our turnaround time may vary during peak seasons with high volume. This would include Holidays such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's. At these times our turnaround time could change to a 2-4 day turnaround.
For international orders, please be aware of Customs fees - such as taxes and duties - when your order arrives. Since these fees vary from location to location, customs fees are not included in shipping charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information on the fees in your area. Refusal to pay these fees will result in an undeliverable order.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
We do our very best to ship items within 1-3 business days ( processing begins within 1 business day) and because of this the window for canceling orders is very short. If your cancellation is seen prior to us processing your order within the first 12 hrs of your purchase time, we will honor your request to cancel your order for a full refund, but once your order is being processed we are no longer able to cancel your order. Shipping costs are not refundable.
DAMAGED ITEMS / ORDER ERRORS
InTePro Design is responsible for getting your order to you safely. Though each product is carefully inspected in a house for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. For these reasons, it is important to advise your customers to inspect all items as soon as they receive them. If any items arrive damaged, please notify us within 2 business days of your package tracking number delivered date. After this time, we cannot be held responsible for the items. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames stated within our policies.
DAMAGE REPLACEMENTS: Once we have been notified (by sent email with added photo proof) of any damaged items you have received, we will work with you to get them corrected as quickly as possible.
RETURNED MAIL: The customer is responsible to provide a valid delivery address. If a package is returned because the address information provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for re-shipping. If we solve any issue with not delivered items and agree for re-shipping the shipping costs must be paid by a customer.
LOST/DAMAGED BY POSTAL SERVICE: We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. Thank you for your understanding with this.
Note: All of our packages are shipped with a Tracking number.
